Hi, I have just booked in a male pedicure for Saturday and this will be my first male pedi, I am more than happy with the procedure and unless he asks I will leave out the polish and just buff but was just wondering if I would be better using an oil for the massage rather than a cream if he is hairy. What do you guys do with the fellas???

Many thanks.
Claire x :)

I do exactly what I do for the women but no polish (unless asked) and a longer massage to compensate. I still charge the same and use moisturiser as oil doesn't make the skin soft, just make sure you use enough so not to pull the hairs.

Hi Claire, I have done male pedicure and I have also used Cream/lotion for the massage part. I find it okay (hair not a problem). I've also used both Nails for males polish and none (just buff). Good results with both depending on the client.
