I think sorry is my most used word! I always say sorry, about everything! if i can't help someone i say sorry, if someone treads on my foot i say sorry for getting in their way! I also say thank you alot too! but i know what you mean about private messages on here, i ask a few geeks advice but always say thank you after each message!! manners dont cost anything and i was always taught to be polite!
