Hi all - just had a hot stone massage, and the bed had a face hole which the therapist had placed a sort of oval shaped padded cushion under the couch roll, which pretty much followed the shape of the face hole.
first time I've ever laid on a bed with a face hole and been comfortable for a long period of time. The therapist had no idea where the pad had been sourced from; anyone any ideas as I'd like to get one for the massage bed I use?

Look forward to hints, tips, etc...Janice x

Wheatie bags work really well to.In fact the cheaper wheatie bags work better than more expensive ones.less wheat to mould so to speak..dunelm mill are brill you can afford to buy loads.

Most massage couch suppliers will sell them. I bought mine years ago from new concept, but I can't find a website for them (in fact, not sure if they're still going). You can get either a face cushion (like the head cushion on a massage chair) or a long cylindrical foam cushion that wraps around the face hole. Towelling covers for both types are available too.

I use one of those cheap horseshoe pillows that you can buy from supermarkets, they are designed to fit around your neck, squishy stuff inside a synthetic sewn up covering. I cover it with a fresh towel each time. cost about £4.

Horseshoe pillows like the ones you can take with you in the car are good and made a removable cover out of soft toweling.

i got my couch from darley and they sell them there too
