I was always against using a base in my toner so always used po1 or tried matrix spa etc ..

This is my hair toned with 10.1 .. More depth to the tone 👌x

I think we can settle this. Take a test cutting of a level ten. Put bleach on it, if it goes lighter witout disintegrating, then there is a level 11!
