Maxi Mist Pro Tanning Machine

Hello
Does anyone know if this is a good machine? I know the T200 machine works really well, but have spotted a great offer for the maxi mist pro machine and wondered if it was any good! xx

the maximist is head n shoulders a better machine than the t200 i dont see the need for the pro gun myself as the standard gun works great but some people are happy to drive bmw s others want a bentley:lol::lol:

I have one and im loving it! From reading up the t200 has more things that go wrong with it plus the 5008 is cheaper!

I have the normal gun, didnt see the point in paying out for a pro one because the one i have is perfect for me! If it aint' broke don't fix it i say!

Hi - Don't suppose you coud tell me where you've seen your great offer (I'm aware we can't state prices on here). I'm looking to sort my training and purchase in the next couple of weeks and whilst I've read conflicting comments on whether the pro gun is required or not, everyone seems to agree the maximist 5008 is excellent (far better than the T200) and I like the idea of having a spare gun!

well i was at the olympia show yesterday and they had the machine (i think it was the pro, might have to check) and the pop up tent for a bargain. I've been looking into buying a machine and a tent and this seems to be an aaaawful lot cheaper!
I was thinking of trying my luck by ringing them today whilst the show is still on and seeing if they could still do it for me...it has worked before with other companies!
When you say the other machine is just as good, do you mean the maxi mist lite? they are the only 2 i could see on their website xx

well i've just googled the 5008 mahcine, looks similar so it may well be that one in the offer!!

Yes its the same as the maximist, different companies call it different names.

the maximist is the 5008 the maximist pro has the aliminuim spare gun but as shel has said the normal gun is great we have only had one problem with them reported in 100s sold and that was a leaky trigger gland wich is a minor adjustment the 5008 is marketed under a few names we call it the SUNGUN but its the same machine :lol:

My gun was leaking at the gland nut, its an easy adjustment that you can do yourself with a pair of pliers! I'm very pleased with my machine, nice and small, quite light so great for me being mobile

Glad the gun is now working well for you Shel..its only a minor adjustment needed but once done its a great machine and gun which is further enhanced by upgrading to the pro gun which you can do at a later date if you so wish :hug:

I had finally made my mind up to buy mine with the gun upgrade when hubby gets paid this week this week after changing to and fro several times as to who to buy it from. But I'm going to have to shop about again as it's gone up £45 since last week....just my luck!!

from what ive used of mine im happy with it! works just aswell as the larger machines! and it means i dont have to lug a massive one around!!
