Minx on extensions

hi guys

Ive got my first set of minx in on fingers tomorrow however the lady does minx herself (so she says) however she wants them ontop of some extensions which she has got in a local salon (you know the type of salon i mean!)

I have never done minx on extensions before and the design she choise i only have the toes in stock so she wants me to cut them to fit her fingers.

How do I just apply as normal, and am i right i should only be saying they will last a few days and everything else is a bouns?

Yes just apply as usual, trim to size and as you said they should last a few days but longer if she doesn't pick, peel or keep touching them. X

They can sometimes be a bit difficult to put on enhancements because the apex causes them to crinkle. Just watch out for this, and make sure you try to even this out.

Sorry to hijack the post, but when applying Minx over enhancements, do we remove the shine from the enhancement first? or apply it over the finished enhancement?

I've just applied over the top of acrylic i.e. not taken off the shine and had no problems.

Just did my training today and Fiona said shine was OK. As long as you do your cuticle work and scrubfresh nails, shine is fine.If anything, they should be smooth and shiny for max WOW effect......xx
