I'm in Australia and I am bio trained. I had a girl come into the salon yesterday (I've seen her several times before) for bio refills. She told me she went to a salon in her hometown who advertised everywhere that they did bio sculpture, but it wasn't until after the girl had buffed her nails that the tech bought out young nails pots. She told the client they are heaps better than bio. I personally have no experience with this brand, but have heard of it, I am just SO annoyed that they intentially mislead her- and possibly lots of other people.
Do I contact my trainer and seek her opinion? I am just so mad, as the client came in with heaps of lifting, when she normally gets none.
