I might be renting a room in a hair and beauty salon, which did nails until yesterday. The lady who was there used MMA products. If I decide to rent this room I'm hoping some of her clients will stay at the salon and come to me.
I have done a lot of serches about MMA (on the internet and on here) and know the best thing to do is file/buff off as much as I can and rebalance with my products.
But what I'm really after is a nice worded information sheet that I could have in the room for clients to read about the dangers of MMA and why it shouldn't be used, but in words they will understand.
I have googled MMA and found lots of information but it is all very long winded. Do any of you have a copy of something like this or now of a website I could get something from?
Thanks in advance.

I was thinking just the same. I would love to make the public more aware, in a nice way!

What sort of products use mma just curious as we all know not to

I'm curious on this too ... would love to know the answer

I assume she had bottles labeled with MMA as the primary liquid ingredient, which of course would be supplied through a dental company?!

Testing to prove such an ingredient is very expensive and very specialised (there is only one such facilitie here in NZ and they use the machinary to test soil samples)...

My point here is I really don't want to see people being scared needlessly, just because we know they used brand 'no name' doesn't mean it's MMA - it could easily be just a cheap generic EMA product, some of these are still very hard and nasty... ?! food for thought peeps...

I can't say for sure if she did use products containing MMA. I'm just assumimg as she was Chinese, couldn't speak much English, was very quick and cheap, would wear a face mask and I could still smell something when I went to look around the salon yesterday. This is just what I have been told by the salon owner. Sorry if any information is wrong, I can only ask qusetions about the information I have been given.
Thanks for all answers. Info looks good for her clients to read if they would like me to start doing their nails. Just saves me having to explain why and how I do things differently from her.
Thanks again

What's the fact that she's Chinese got to do with anything?

Doesn't matter where you come from - you can still use MMA if you want to!
