As far as i am aware there arent any insurance companies who have specific insurance for tanning.

But salon gold do cover spray tanning for mobile therapists. If you do a search on google their website should come up.

Hi Elaine,
have you recently completed a spray tan course..if so the likelihood is that the service provider is accredited with one of the insurance providers....maybe worthwhile giving them a call and see who they would recommend as often brands have special deal arrangements with insurance providers.

Failing that Babtac apparently is good and I can certainly recommend The Guild who we work with and have found to be very approachable ,helpful and realistically priced.

assuming pre-requisites are met...we do that as standard

I chose Salon Gold, not only because the price was good, but mainly because the insurance covers the client's property in case I break or ruin something during the appointment. A couple of other insurers do not include this in their cover (same price or higher) and I'm very happy knowing I'm covered in the event of accidentally bashing in someone's £1000 TV or spoiling their carpet if I spilt a bottle of spray tan solution over it.
