Recently purchased NSI attraction kit and my monomer is always leaking i thought i might not have put the lid on properly but everyone else i know who has purchased one has had same problem i don't just mean i tip it upside down for two minutes in the car on way home tonight was holding it in my hand so it wouldn't leak we went over a minor bump in the road and it all came out and the lid was on and everything.

I've also tried monomer in a glass bottle with a rubber stopper but this doesn't work either it's driving me mad!!!
I mean when i go to people's houses to do it it has always leaked does anyone have any idea for what i can store my monomer in for mobile well all cases cos i seem to be waisting it all and i've also lost 2 large pots of acrylic powder when it's leaked it's fused the lid to the tub so that's god know's how much more money lost..Do i complain to nsi or just put up with it, does anyone else have this problem?

A big long thread rant i know i'm sorry.

Kaye xx

hi, I would contact your NSI distributor and explain the problem you are having, they should be able give you some suggestions for transportation. I always recommend going back to the distributor and give them an opportunity to explain or rectify.
Always keep your monomer in the original packaging, if you by in bulk then fill up a smaller size original bottle, this way everyone knows the contents
All the best

Try removing every scrap of sealer/foil/plastic from where it was attached over the mouth of the bottle. I used to have problems with a different brand until I did this.

I had this problem too until I was advised to remove all of the seal
EDIT: that was with a different brand too

aha think that may have done it actually although my glass one is still leaking but a glass bottle and plastic lid ya kno it's just gunna leak isn't it the threads can't link together tight enough.
