Nail discolouration HELP

I had a client on friday and she called me on money and said she is seeing a green cast on 3 of her nails, i dont know what could have possibly went wrong cuz i used new files and sanitized the cuticle pusher and everything i used can you please tell me what it could be that i did or didnt do?? thanks

It may be something the client has done. If she has banged her nails and caused a few of them to 'leak' so that a bacterial infection has got started (perhaps because the nails were too long for her) then this could be the cause. She could have picked at them ... who knows. It's not always the technician's fault .. in fact in my experience it usually is NOT the technician's fault.

Remove the few that have this problem and reapply ... and do it as soon as possible.

Thanks alot for your reply, i was thinking the same thing, from the time she told me i asked her to come so i can see them but up to this point she hasnt
