They are based in ireland but they do send anywhere.

Scratch! i love it!! x And Gloss but thats only out twice a year

I personally use Scratch and Gloss, finding both quite useful. I would also recommend attending a beauty convention as normally they have deals on magazine subscriptions there such as this one here.

Scratch - I inquired and got a copy for free
