Nail Reconstruction

I have read the posts on the toenail reconstruciton that Gigi wrote and it sounds great to be able to do this, but can I ask if this will also work on fingernails, as I have a client who is going to be a bridesmaid at a wedding and was asking if I could do anything about her missing nail, even if its just lasts the day of the wedding?
