I'm painting a nail wheel for all my colours.

I'm using shellac, i'm going to buff the nails so wont use base coat, shall i still use a top coat?

thanks

You wouldn't need to buff them with a nail wheel or colour pops but yes, you would need a top coat x

I don't use base coat or buff but you definitely need topcoat otherwise when you remove the inhibition layer they will be dull.

I use a cheap topcoat to apply over my color wheels. This saves me money in the long run.

What a good idea I going to do that it takes me ages to do all wheels.
I now got the ones like a fan you can attach add or take out so you not stuck with whole wheel if u run out of a colour or you add more colours.

Beauty at your finger tips!

You can also paint on the underside of the pop so you don't have to top coat either. However this doesn't really work if you want to layer or add glitter/additives.
