Need a bit of information please guys

Hi everyone

I just a bit of information sorry for not knowing this in the first place ....

I have a friend who does hair styling & pin ups from home and she's very popular at doing them .
She's asked if she can do it from my salon and me take a percentage of what she earns .
She's bit qualified in anything so how does this work ?
Does she need to go on some kind of course and what insurance does she need ?

If anyone could answer these questions it would be brilliant
