New hair cut or colour? Help!

Wanting a change,
Do I cut it off, my hair is quiet to long, to the long bob?

Or leave long and have the root stretch with silver/grey?

So undecided, don't really fancy doing the colour and cut cause I will feel too dark has not much blonde showing.

All my friends say keep leave long lol...

Think I may have to lob it off!! Then maybe introduce the colour once when I'm use to it, liking middle colour the more I look at it.

Just make sure you wanna go darker before you commit!

I'm not 100% sure about about darker, would luv to try it but it's getting it out, my hair is in fantastic condition... But I do
Have olaplex [emoji12] but I can't take my head of and do it myself lol... [emoji35] if only we could lol x
