I think but I may be wrong as i am no expert , that using lots of tag words in your meta tags to help people find your site, and also the more you tweak and re-publish your site the more active google thinks it is. And I guess the more people look at it the higher up the rank it will go. So for us newbies we need all the help we can get , that's why SG is so good, we all help watch other out .
