NSI Builder Gel, urgent help needed!!

I have just started a new job and i have a set of gels with NSI tomorow. I have a gel qualification so know what im doing to a certain degree but i know that all products are different and this gel seems to be realy thick! My boss is a nice lady but dosent seem to appreciate that it would be better for me to do a test run first!

To get to the point... Has anyone got any tips or could tell me the process of applying this gel (e.g. paint like a polish or work in etc).

The products she has is just the clear builder gel and primer
