can you use the 9watt uv lamp to cure nsi gels? or do i need the 36watt? because ive heard that the 9watt is just for like the glaze and go's etc
Thanks
Thanks
if your using coloured gels etc.. then you need the 36w but otherwise the 9w should be fine.i would give them a call though if your still unsure.xcan you use the 9watt uv lamp to cure nsi gels? or do i need the 36watt? because ive heard that the 9watt is just for like the glaze and go's etc

May I ask why NSI sell the smaller lamp if you don't recommend using it and if it won't completely cure some of white gels?

Hi,
The lamps does cure most of the gels that we sell, its just the thicker white gels that may not cure totally. The lamp is very popular with technicians that are mobile and technicians that want to offer just the Glaze N' Go or Perma Gloss so have no need for the full hand lamp.

if your using the balance colour gels then you will need the 36w lamp anyway as the 9w will not cure the colour gels properly.i personally think you would be better off going for the 36w even if you werent using the coloured gels as the curing times are usually faster and if you bought the 9w then decided you wanted to use colour gels in the future then you would need to then buy the 36w aswell anyway.xnow im even more confused as ive been told different things by the nsi people on here and the lady from nsi that i spoke to on the phone. so i dont know which lamp to buy. im using the balance colour gels at the moment, not using any whites....

i thought you would need the 36w as for gels that are either thick or opaque such as white or coloured gels a 9w lamp wouldnt be enough to cure them properly.well i spoke to nsi again today and now im told that you need the 36 watt lamp to cure the coloured gels so ive got one of them now.
