Orly/Rosso? Pocket sized led UV lamp

I've seen a pic of this on sg I'm sure of it, I've spent the last few days googling and searching on here. Going stir crazy! They have the Rosso ones in my local wholesaler but I want some more information on them.

Small, iPhone sized led lamps. If anyone can point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it! Xx
