So I've been practicing my spa pedicures on my hubby (which he loves). I know the wax needs to be approx 52℃ but I'm struggling with the temperature being too hot. I understand that wax needs to be hot to melt but if I turn the temperature down once it's melted it soon goes back to solid form. Luckily my husband is quite manly and can with stand the heat but I did it on myself and it burnt me and was rather painful for a while after removal. I've got clients wanting this treatment but I don't want to burn anybody. Has anyone got any ideas how I could solve this problem? I use a mini wax heater so I use a brush to apply the wax.
