Georgie is my lovely black lab......
Had Georgie to the vets today....:cry: he's going back in tomorrow to have his eyes removed......:sad:
5/6years ago he was diagnosed with PRA. They told me then the 'worst case scenario' would be Glaucoma which in turn would lead to eye removal as he cannot see anyway, therefore the fairest option.
Well, tomorrow is that day....:cry::Scared:
Im sure im more concerned than Georgie, but cant help but feel guilty as we have been treating what we all thought was an eye infection. My poor boy must have been what felt like blinking glass for about 3/4 weeks. I suppose now, at least we know.
