Pop Its - Can some one explain

Hello,

I have read SO many threads on these things, and maybe as I have been out of beauty for a year or so, am not sure what they are.

I do gel nail extensions and use LCN.....

Can someone help, as they sound great, but on the threads, no one has really gone into more detail, than they are waiting or have just received them.

Once I get a reply, I might realise I am having a blonde moment and know.
