Evening geeks, Im looking for an in car portable dvd player for my daughter to have in the car whilst we take a seven hour trip up to Scotland in May. :)
Has anybody else got one you could recommend ? Im looking to spend about £100,could I get a decent one for this price ?
Thanks

Anyone please ?

I would advise steering clear of Philips. I had one a few years ago and it only lasted a few months. Took it back to the store and exchanged it for the later model... same problem. After a while it just would not realise that I had inserted a dvd and refused to play them. HTH

Check your local cash converters hun or similar. We got a twin screen portable DVD player for £30 from ours with all the leads and everything with it :)

With us having the kids and usually a couple of extra people in the car, we have managed to amass a screen for each seat in the car ( including hubby when we stop for a break! ) and they do make the journey much quieter! One thing I would recommend is to get a decent set of headphones for the kids also as listening to High School Musical on full belt for 7 hours may stress you a wee bit lol
