I've had Pearl for ages and was a bit meh about it but recently seen a pic where it was sprinkled rather than burnished and it looked lovely so I'll need to try that

I've had Pearl for ages and was a bit meh about it but recently seen a pic where it was sprinkled rather than burnished and it looked lovely so I'll need to try that

Oh I hope I like it! I did check a few pics before I ordered. My clients are super boring so I thought it might be a good one for them lol. Notice the distinct lack of blues, greens, etc in that order! I've never been a big fan of the burnished look unless it's holo, I like my glitter to sparkle! So I've been trying to get it really sparkly without scrubbing it in- too nervous to sprinkle on uncured gel for fear of it not curing! It worked great, except you do get more in your topcoat than normal. X

You are so lucky to get creative! I don't enhance and in the salon I'm lucky to even do a subtle glitter fade! Thankfully my home clients are more adventurous!

I really want to learn L&P one of these days. You can get so creative with encapsulation and stuff! I think I'd be forever driving myself mad critiquing myself though!

Yay! I ordered 7 glitters (different ones, no backups) and a neon piggy. I will always try and buy enough of anything to get the free shipping! Yeah I did, I think they meant one Angel per customer. Recently there was a thread on the group about a reseller on eBay selling stuff that was OOS on the magpie site, so I'm guessing people are just thinking they couldn't get it because someone bought a load to resell. I knew it would sell out, you could tell by all the comments! I had an account made and the rest of my cart done so I could just check out quick once it was on the site. I used to do insane indie nail polish restocks in the middle of the night on US sites, this was a piece of cake compared to that lol! xx
