Posture chairs?

Hi everyone,
can anyone help me?
I am a nail technician and i do maincure and pedicure, not much exiting there but the problem is i work at poolside in hotels!
I have my own table which is fine mthe problem is pedicures i am sat on normal chairs bending down and it has caused me to have terrible lower back pain and trapped nerves.:cry:
Can anyone suggest a good chair that would be reasonably portable that would help me save my back and allow my to carry on with my new career.

I sit on a little red foot stool (very portable and has many uses) while my customers sit on their normal chair and rest their feet on a towel on my lap.
