We used 4/77 with 7cm 0/45 6%
Hi...
I'm not entirely sure if this is completely correct (so feel free to correct or concur with me if I'm right/wrong) but I believe the mixing ratio depends on what depth your trying to achieve. If your using Wella, you should find this on the back of your shade chart. So, if you were to go do a depth of 4, you would mix 30g of 4/0 and 3.5g of the correct mix tone, which would be a 0/45. The lighter the shade, the less mix tone required. (With the exception of Level 12)... On the back of the Wella Chart is says this.
Guidelines for Mixing:
12 (30g) + 1.5g of applicable undertone
10 (30g) + 0.5g of applicable undertone
9 (30g) + 1.0g of applicable undertone
8 (30g) + 1.5g of applicable undertone
7 (30g) + 2.0g of applicable undertone
6 (30g) + 2.5g of applicable undertone
5 (30g) + 3.0g of applicable undertone
4 (30g) + 3.5g of applicable undertone
3 (30g) + 4.0g of applicable undertone
2 (30g) + 4.5g of applicable undertone
Then mix accordingly depending on how much you're mixing up! Hope this helps x
