just had a call from a client to see if it is ok to do their nails . She is pregnant Is it ok

Nails may need rebalancing a bit sooner as they grow a bit quicker but if you take all usual H&S precautions it is fine!

Yes it is fine to do enhancements on a pregnant client.

There is a girl on my acrylics course who is pregnant, so I am sure it is safe as long as h&s is followed.

Hi all,

dont worry, just a bit of advice to you all, im 6 months pregnant and ive got nail enhancements on and i do clients too. Touch wood, ive had no problem so far.

I have noticed though ive needed a rebalance a lot more quicker.

Yeah your nails and hairs grow alot quicker when your pregnant, I have five children so speak from experience.lol

The only problem i have ever encountered when doing nails on a pregnant lady is they are more sensitive and do not enjoy the sensation when you file to refine, even though it is minimal hth
