We used to do this treatment in a salon I worked in. It is very relaxing and great for cellulite and VV's. It is lymphatic drainage. I have looked into this since but I did not know it was being marketed as pressotherapy. Units do seem to cost a lot though and at the salon we had it on show so clients could see the treatment and my boss charged a minimal amount for 20/30 min session to get clients to use it.
