Problems with Salon Tracker

We use salon tracker in our salon to manage appointments & send sunbed minutes to the beds. At least 3 times a day it crashes & we need to reboot the system. It's not at the same time or when your doing a particular thing on it either. Is anyone else having problems with salon tracker?
