My client has finer previously coloured hair and is wary of the bleach , however she wants to go blonde as per pic attached . ( first photo is her hair now ,second is desired blonde) . I’m wondering what is the best way of achieving this result and how avoid burning here hair ( apart from not doing it altogether ) and also what technique would you use , highlights or balayage ? TIA x

I'd do a full head of really fine, close together slices and tone afterwards.

Thanks that’s what I thought too. Would you take 6%?

I'd probably start with 4% and then after you've got half way move up to 6% :)

Also use a bond builder, olaplex works great if your going lighter you'll notice.
Good luck
