Hi eveyone,
just have a query would like some thoughts. I have decided to do 20% off in jan & feb, but i also run a loyalty card scheme where they recieve £5 off when they recieve all the stamps. Should i allow clients to use the £5 off and 20% together or just one per transaction? How should i word it on the voucher? Confused dont want clients thinking i am being mean x

Well I wouldn't think you were being mean if you offered me a 20% discount and I could save my loyalty card for another transaction... happy days I'd be delighted:hug:

I wouldn't use them together, this voucher can not be used in conjunction with any other offer kind of thing. I would be delighted to get one or the other if I was one of your clients, you don't want them to expect to much from you in the offer department.

They will be getting too much off if they used them both! Also the £5 off, is it for any treatment, or those over a certain amount. Say, £5 off any treatments over £30?

Personally I wouldn't do the two together. Just put on the 20% off offer, 'This offer only applies to full-priced treatments and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount'.

Use the offers seperatley, it gives them a reason to come back and use your services again and also like someone else mentioned you are giving to much away if you used both offers together, i also state that % off are not to be used in conjuction with any promotions (eg. when you've taken your prices down on a treatment for a month as a special offfer)
