Hi Geeks

I had a go at using the Fimo Fruit canes with Gel - but couldn't do it as the Fimo was hard and would therefore not bend to match the c curve of the nail.

Do you need to warm them first to soften?

Thanks

Helen

Hi there, from what I have read from other threads you do have to warm them first, I read that one geek member put hers in her heated mittens for a short time and that worked. :)

If your slicing them thin enough there should be a bit of flexability to them.
It took me a while to get it right, but practice doing really thin slices so they are almost transparent.

if the fimo is sliced thinly then it will be flexible enough. This is how thin I have successfully managed to slice mine. Warming it will help too.
