I will turn up the music and start cleaning. Not just your average clean, I literally mean digging deep,throwing things out and changing the rooms around. It drives my other half mad !

I talk and talk and talk it out - usually to my long-suffering husband (unless he's the cause!) -then after about 5 minutes all is forgiven and forgotten. I can't be doing with dwelling and sulking!

i smoke like a chimney and cry, whether its through anger or frustration! i've had an awful past couple of days so i smell like hell on wheels and my eyes are so swollen i look like i've gone ten rounds with mike tyson xxx
