Hey Geeks
I am really struggling to make good time on rebalances and feel embarrassed by it!
I did the EN maintenance home course and actually got a distinction pass, but obviously this is on nail trainer nails where you just file to smooth down the ledge - easy.
No matter how may times I do rebalances, I just seem to end up chasing the line back along real nails and it is taking me a good hour (sometimes more) to just complete the filing !! I had one that took me almost 3 hours in total - I would have been quicker to take them all off & start again!
I am trying to file from behind the edge (and always keep the product wafer thin here in initial application anyway), but still it chases on up and up and up..............
Am I putting too much pressure on the file?
Am I doing it all the wrong way round - sidewalls, free edge, thin tip, debulk, and then onto the dreaded fill line?
Is it because I have a little lifting still?
Am I using the wrong file? (generally a 180/240!)
Any comments, and/or suggestions are more than welcome........ PLEASE.....!!
Thanks in advance
