Recently self employed and needing help

Just found this site I have never heard of it before.

At the start of this year I became a self employed beauty therapist

So I am looking for any tips or advice

Firstly where is the best place for insurance?

Also I have hunted high and low to find a nail desk tidy

Can anyone help me out?
