Hi geeks, I'm looking for a bit of advice. I've been using refectocil for a while now, and lately I've been doing quite a lot of eyelash tints. However a few clients have had stinging in the eyes, to the point that it is really uncomfortable for a minute or two. They are only having it happen since I switched to refectocil as I used salon systems on them before and they were all fine.
Has this happened to anyone else after switching to the brand? I follow manufacturers instructions with regards to mixing ratio. I'm really careful that I don't get the tint in the eye, and it's started to make me not want to get close to the roots or not leave it on long enough. Am I doing something wrong? Would I be best off ordering the creme developer rather than the liquid? Thanks xx
