Refectocil tint in hair-help!

Hi guys looking for a quick answer if anyone has any experience with this. We have a client who whilst having her brows done today scratched her brows & touched some of her blonde hair. She's got home & messaged me saying its stained & how does she get it out?! Help?!...

If you've got the Refectocil tint remover get her to come in and work it though the hair. Otherwise I would get her to put some dandruff shampoo on just that part of the hair as this will help lighten it.

This happens all the time where I work, just reassure the client that it's only tint and it will wash out
Just tell her to shampoo it!
