I charge for the removal regardless if i applied it myself or another nailtech.
It takes 10 minutes to remove the product prior to being able to apply a new layer of shellac or gelish. If i would have 6 customers who wanted the service and i wouldnt charge for those 10 minutes every time i would be losing out money on a totall of 60 minutes a day * i could fit two new shellac or gellish customers in for that time and have more money in my pocket. I retaill the removal product and pads to the customers so they can remove the previous layer before they come back. I just think that its common sense to charge for your time when you have your own bussines regardless of what it entails.
