Following the launch of Sally Salon Services’ trade-only stores, the hair and beauty distributor and retailer has announced the arrival of TIGI hair products.
Alan Revitt, commercial director at Sally Salon Services said: “We are thrilled to welcome the TIGI hair care range onto our shelves at Salon Services. We have listened to our professional customers who have been eager to see further quality hair products in our range, and TIGI’s offering of fashion-inspired creative brands makes it popular with both hairdressers and their clients and a great choice for our own product portfolio.”
TIGI is renowned for its fashion- and lifestyle-led approach to haircare, popularised by collections such as Bed Head and Rockaholic.

Neil Charlton, director of wholesale at TIGI, added: “We are 100% committed to the professional hairdresser and this new relationship will enable salon owners to have quicker and easier access to our brands.”

Hi

Personally I haven't shopped at sally's for years the company disgusts me in that it supply's to the public.

I don't care what they say they sell the general public professional products.
I for one have boycotted this company for years and intend to carry on doing so in the future.

The only way they will stop selling to the public is if all salons follow suit!

Very well said!!!
Unfortunatly I don't have any other local wholesalers, so until I do I have to keep using it :(

Sally's have changed their policy and have just issued all of us with new, colour coded cards. The general public will not be able to buy from them any more which will open them up to new products such as Tigi who would not supply Sally's before because of the general public issue.

We will see how this pans out over the next few months. I stopped using them because of this and due to their high prices and lack of bulk buying discounts. I have noticed recently a few bulk buy offers so will keep an eye on things.

On the beauty side they are still struggling to impress me so I only shop there in emergencies.

This new move might just be too little too late! ;)

My first message on Salon Geek and its to moan. I agree how are we meant add retail sales when they sell to all?
Mary x Hi all
