Sally's return policy?

I recently bought an osis volume powder for a friend but she doesn't want it anymore, can I return it or swap it for something else? I've the receipt and it's unopened x

Yes I'm sure you can, I bought an OPI polish but didn't realise at the time I'd bought the same colour twice so took It back with reciept & got a refund x

They have said on the Facebook that it can be returned and that customer services will contact me in 48 hours (heard that one before Sally's!!)
