Hey Geekies can any1 help me out

Has anyone got experience with the SS Thai Skin range?? Im currently using the Skintruth range I have left over from college but tbh I really dont like them at all and want to invest in something better that isnt going to cost me a fortune atm^^

I use the Thai range for mani/pedi that I first sampled off a friend which I really love, but i dont know the quality of the skin range and my local supplier dont hold it in stock so cant test out and not really wanting to buy it only to find out its crap :irked:lol

Thx in advance:green:

Toodly pips Xx

Hiya

I have been using the Thai skin range since last May . My clients love the facial range and so do i. Suits all skin types. And smells gorgeous!! and not very expensive.

I am changing to Environ though because i feel it will give my clients better results & ill be able to offer retail products too. But will probably keep the Thai aswell as my clients love it!!

Hey dolli thanks for the quick reply^^

Just noticed there is a sale for it on beauty express makes it all the more tempting to try out lol

One q tho, how long did the product range last for you before you needed to restock, I know these sorta answers vary depending on how many treatments an individual does but could you guess on average how long you would think??

Xx

Hi, i used it in my home salon (since gone mobile and going just into nails so not using the facial range anymore) i found that it went down a treat with clients and it was a pleasure to use... i used Gerards italian face and body range and Eve taylor and found that clients always prefered the SS Thai range... if i set up again doing facials then i will only use SS thai as it is lovely, smells delicious and is easy to use and remove the masks etc.

I currently use the SS Thai Manicure and Pedicure range and clients always comment on the scent and the foot scrub is awesome...

Would definatley recommend it! :)

Heya^^

Its great to hear that the skin range is as good a quality as the mani and pedi range; which i love aswell :). I also realy like the idea of being able to offer the same range, makes it a bit more cohesive (sp??) i think.

Definitly going to be putting an order in for it when my skintruth is a bit lower, would rather use it up at least to get rid of it lol

Thanks for help geekies ^^

It does last quite well. but i dont buy the whole kit again each time i only buy the bits i run out of at the time and just buy individuals from Sally's. Usually run out of the oil and cleanser first xx

Can anyone tell me what the skintruth range and solutions by hive range is like I have had mixed reports on both and not sure what to do.

SkinTruth is in effect an "own brand" range, its ok but not great. Good for training with etc, but personally I wouldn't be too happy paying for a facial using it.

If your looking for a good range that isn't too expensive something like Eve Taylor or Swiss Dermyl get a lot of good feedback on here.
