Scrap the first bit, just seen on another thread that it was a knock on effect of the down time. Still, no reply to my email?

As far as I can see on the system we replied to every email that's come in, not sure why you haven't had a response - could just be that it's been caught be a spam trap somewhere (Hotmail in particular don't seem to like us for some reason!).
