My doctor has advised me to try a Light Box for this condition :sad: & i wondered if any Geeks could recommend any particular ones and if they were of any benefit to you or what other treatments you've had sucess with.

I am about to buy one of these. Can't decide which one but I have heard they are fab. Very interested to hear others views.

I bought one a few years ago and it cost me £200. I tried it but it's fairly big and lost interest.
