Sebum white bumps underneath the skin

Hi geeks,
One of my clients has those hard bumps underneath her skin(not milia),they are not visible but you can feel them if you touch it. i don't know how to get rid of them. Would galvanic help? Will it not bring lots of spots out?
Any ideas, how I can help her.

Are you describing closed comedones? If so then normal extraction will remove them.

If it is not milia it could be cholesterol deposits, I once had a client with what you have explained under her eyes, she said she had been to dermatologists and other beauty therapists and they would not remove/extract them for her.
I must say she is one of my most difficult clients, (personality wise) so maybe that is why they won't extract them for her. After hearing that not even a dermatologist would remove them, well, i certainly was not going to either.
I put her on an enzyme peel, to exfoliate the area, but she complained 4 days later that the bumps under her eyes were getting bigger. so I then told her to stop using it? Has anyone else had this problem?

No, not closed comedones, they are bidder and not visible at all(it does not have a head), you have to touch the skin to be able to find them. I could not find any info in my books either. What are they???

Yes, I don't know but I think they could be cholisterol deposits. Thanks for your advice, I won't extract them. xxx

I would advise her to see a doctor because if they are cholesterol deposits this can possibly mean that her cholestorol is high which she may be unaware of and she should be taking steps to control it usually in statin form.
Ones ive seen due to cholesterol have been more on the surface of the skin and a creamy yellowy colour with an irregular shape and they have been under the eyes.Xanthelasma - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Where are the bumps? And if they are not visible how do you know they are white hun?
I suffered with mild acne and had bumps under my skin that were not visible but really painfull and direct high frequency was great at drying them up! I hardly had any after that. If your client has a classic oily skin then these bumps are trapped sebum. DO NOT squeeze as you will be wasting your time. All that willcome out is plasma and you will leave a scar. Steaming is also good, using ozone (but not for too long). If you are not sure then get your client to go to the GP, just to safe guard yourself xxx
