Serious breakage

Evening hair geeks, I've popped over from nail geeks and I need some advice and recommendations!
My hairdresser said my hair is snapping off and to use a reconstructing shampoo and conditioner!

I am super careful with my hair and don't use straighteners or anything but I'm guessing its the colouring that's doing it!
What could I use to improve it?

Redken extreme range is great... Anti snap is a leave in treatment. Is it dry/ brittle also? Pureology also have some good products.

All products that state they reconstruct hair ,dont,
Best thing is to have a good cut then protect hair from over processing etc x

Yes it seems very dry and brittle....nothing seems to be working....
