Sew in hair extensions aftercare

hi all,
just asking for a bit of help
In the past I have had 2 rows sewn in at the local hairdressers i bought celebrity elite hair but after a couple of washes it went a bit notty at the root probably something i did or didnt do ,any tips on aftercare would be really appreciated

i would ring the salon that did them for you for advice

there gonna be the best people to advise you on this matter
