What does pep and dry prep mean with the shellac?

Basically before we applly Shellac we would need to PEP the nail
P.E.P. means:

P-erform Mini Manicure = Removing the Cuticle off the nail plate
E-liminate Surface Contaminants = ScrubFresh
P-Purify Nail Plate = ScrubFresh


When we do a dry PEP we would just not use cuticle away.

You can use cuticle away if you like with Shellac, but really there is no need unless the client has very bad cuticles.

If you do decide to use cuticle away, you just need to make sure you remove it all with water and soap and then scrubfresh
