just did these two sets today, these are the first 2 sets i have done after my training and are to be case studies for my certificate. My first set took 3 hours and my second set took 2 hours, although they had totally different lashes. I had trouble with the glue (glam lash) as i found it to dry too slowly. it just seemed no mater how long i kept the lash isolated for, it always managed to stick to another few beside it. it did it on both sets. going to contact my trainer for advise through the week as she was sooo helpful during the training

Your work seems lovely and clean which is perfect, just needing more lashes which will come with more practice.

I'm being brave and posting these:

My first set since qualifying 21 months ago. I did them today. A bit miffed that my before pic is not as focused as my after pic (but I did take about 7 pics of them before I got that nice clear one lol).

Well done on getting back out there overall they look good but it is hard to see the detail for isolation etc at the base of the lashes, so can't see how well isolated they are.
Taking good pics can be a challenge, good lighting helps xxx

Hi these lashes look gorgeous, am so itching to train at doing lashes, but dont know whether to do a cheaper course like marvel lash orA.H. Francis or Lash perfect which are a lot more money! Does it really make a difference? and if u train with one can u still buy lashes and glue fromother companies? :|

Hi there, I would tend to go for one of the more expensive courses. When it comes to things like this you definitely get what you pay for. Ideally you will benefit more from small class sizes (max of 3students) so you get much more attention. Also aftercare is very important, you want to know that you can contact your trainer after training for any extra help or advice.
There is a huge difference in the level of training between the companies you have listed.

Most companies will allow you to purchase products as long as you hold a certificate in semi-permanent lash extensions. I know we do (lash revolution) but there are a few who insist on re-training. It is best to check with the companies you are considering.
