Didn't want to start a new thread, but my driving instructor told me that whenever she's had her lashes done (in the same salon) her eyes got stuck together? Is this normal? Obviously something tells me it's not but I asked her as I was curious as to what she said & she said yes!

It's probably where the technician didn't place the pads correctly over her bottom lashes. Leaving some exposed as they can get stuck to the top ones x

My first ever full set (the colour picture, done on my lovely boyfriend who was mega patient)! 0.20 C Curl in 9, 11 and 13mm.
We only managed a few lashes on the course so that was my attempt. It took me 2 hours 10 minutes. The outer corners are really spindly so I know I can improve there.
Then my second set, the black and white picture, 0.15 C Curl in 8 and 10mm. They were terribly difficult to do, the lady had frizzy/bent lashes that were VERY thin. I wanted them a bit fuller but was worried about damaging her natural lashes. She said she wanted them "VERY natural, so you can't tell at all" and "not too long because they will hit my glasses"...
What do you think? How could I improve?

These were my case studies, first 3 sets ever done! I know there is room for improvement, still using a bit too much glue and missing the inner lashes, but am improving with each set I think! What do you think? xx
I think these look fab. Imagine how good you'll be after a month or two of doing them! X

Whilst this thread is about lashes I thought I'd ask do you use micropore tape or gel pads for covering the lower lashes?
I've tried both - clients like either, where do you get your gel pads from?

I generally use pads which I order from ABX Beauty. Can't remember how much though sorry! X

Can I ask what you used?
I think you now need to concentrate on getting more on and more so some in the inner eyes
